PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BOOK  

OBSERVE YOUR CONTRACT HERE  

All the bookings that you make with travelskyworld are governed by these terms and conditions.   

A contract exists with us only after we accept your booking and receive full payment from you in the form of cash. We save the right to decline any booking at our own judgement. 

Availability is the condition to get our services. 

At the time of booking you not only have the right to accept but actually accept our terms and conditions from your side or from the side of the entire party members booking with you. In case you are forwarding the request of booking of more than one person, you take the liability of paying the cash of each and every member of your group that is being booked by you. 

It is your accountability to ascertain that each and every part of information given by you is correct and the information that you receive from us or from any of our suppliers is provided to all the group members with you.  

POLICY FOR DATA PROTECTION 

For processing your booking and ensure your travelling arrangements, we have to use your personal information like name, address, your specific requirements/ dietary needs etc. We fully protect your given personal data.  This information is given only for the travel arrangements, credit and security checking, immigration and customs or legal requirements.  

TELEPHONIC BOOKING 

Telephonic booking also requires full and genuine information about you and it is as official as written booking. Upon accepting your request and receiving cash payment from you we shall send you verification email. From here the charges of cancellation apply. Confirm the details and let us know without delay if any correction is needed.  

COSTS  

Until you complete the booking, charges may increase due to fuel price and surcharges. Do not send cash through any means of delivery, as this mod of payment is not accepted. 

 VISA, PASSPORTS AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS  

Check these documents and ensure that they are in order. Confirm the latest up-to-date requirements of visa and passport from the relevant embassy. In case your entry is denied onto the flight or in a country due to your improper visa or passport, we hold no responsibility of that. Your passport must be valid for use at least for six months after the date of your return. Ensure the accuracy of your visa to all countries you visit or land in for transit whether you stay in the plane or get down.  

USA POLICY 

Entry and security requirements have become stricter. It is better that you ask the US authorities what you need to do prior to booking. 

MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS – IF ANY 

Inform us about your special requests at the time of booking. Though these will honestly be delivered to the relevant dealer but meeting your request is not guaranteed. Not meeting your request is not a breach of contract on our side. About any physical disability, you inform us way before you booking as many destinations do not offer facilities to disabled travellers. If you are not finding what you need regarding your disability we may cancel/decline your booking.  

FORCE MAJEURE 

If unexpected unusual circumstances out of our authority come in our way we will have to cancel or alter your travel setting without any liability to refund your cash. These circumstances can be industrial dispute, war, air traffic control dispute, terrorist attacks, natural disaster, nuclear calamity, pandemics & epidemics, serious transport problems, closure of airports etc. You can make an informed decision y calling Travel Advice Unit of Foreign and Commonwealth Offices. 

FLIGHT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND FLIGHTS 

The timings provided at your air ticket are only estimations. They may change according to conditions of weather or runway traffic etc. A “direct” flight may not necessarily be non-stop. Your delay cannot be fixed by us as your journey is solely managed by the airline you travel with.  

Infant ticket is liable to be paid for kids who are under 2 years at the time of return. Their fare level is prescribed by IATA as 10%. 

ALL FLIGHTS RECONFIRMATION 

Confirm the airline about the flight timings 72 hours prior to travelling for both out going and return flights. We are not accountable for any trouble you face because of not knowing the updated timings of the flights.  

INSURANCE 

Insurance is recommended to all travellers. Your specific medical condition or disability must be disclosed to the insurance company beforehand.  

REFUNDS OF AIRLINE TICKET  

If you return an air ticket, we will cut administration charges 2,000 PKR. This is other than what the airline will impose on you according to their terms and conditions.  You do not enjoy an automatic right of refund therefore when you like to return an air ticket we contact the respective airline to view the possibility of refund in accordance to their terms and conditions.  

If the total charges of the refundable ticket are less than our administration charges, the ticket will be considered non-refundable; 2,000 PKR administration fee is due on any non-refundable ticket when we forward a tax return application on your behalf and on your request. If the recoverable tax of your ticket is lesser than the administration cost than the ticket is considered non-refundable. Any refund cannot be collected by you until the concerned airline has returned us the fares. Normally it takes 8-10 weeks from the time of initiating the request of return. 

FLIGHT CHANGES 

If your flight is cancelled, the concerned air line will govern your rights and remedies in the light of its own terms and conditions. You may be allowed to: 

(a) A seat on another flight by the same airline without any further charges  

(b) Re-arrangement of your journey to your destination in another carrier without additional charges. 

(c) Full refund of your ticket. 

(d) Any other remedy or right as appropriate in the prevailing circumstances 

Any change taking place in the schedule of the flight before the issuance of the ticket or completion of the full payment, we do our best to inform you about the change on the behalf of airline. If a change in flight arrival or departure timing occurs after the issuance of full ticket and submission of complete charges, amendment in the schedule may apply additional charges. 

CHANGES MADE BY YOU  

If you need any change and we can accommodate it for you, some amendment fee per ticket may apply. Other changes may come under the cancellation clause. 

YOUR REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION 

Air tickets are fully paid at the time of booking and they are non-refundable, non-routable, non-changeable unless else is stated. An amendment or alteration to a special fare ticket or APEX ticket is considered cancellation by some airlines and no cash is refunded. Partly used tickets are non-refundable. A cancellation made within 24 hours of departure also cannot be refunded. 

DEPARTURE TAXES 

All departure taxes cannot be included in the air ticket. You can pay these to the local government of the country you are flying from.  

LAW 

All terms and conditions mentioned here are ruled by law; your hotel or other accommodation booking also will be under the local laws, sensitivities and customs which are subject to changes.
